Our client, a high-growth technology company headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the Founder and C-Suite leadership team.

This is not a traditional administrative role. This individual will operate as a trusted advisor in a highly technical, fast-moving, and performance-driven environment.

The Opportunity

This role blends executive partnership, board exposure, technical fluency, and business acumen. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing complex logistics and participating in high-level strategic conversations.

You will:

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership
• Prepare materials for and attend select board meeting
• Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendaring
• Coordinate private aviation and high-touch travel logistics
• Draft executive-level communications
• Interface with family office stakeholders
• Maintain responsiveness in a high-performance, on-call environment

Work Structure

• Primarily on-site in Centennial, Colorado
• Limited hybrid flexibility based on executive schedule and business needs
• Travel required for board meetings and executive events
• On-call availability expected

This is an in-person partnership role where presence and proximity matter, with measured flexibility when appropriate.

Compensation

• $130,000 base salary
• High-visibility role with executive exposure
