This excavating and construction company needs you to help their thriving business. They have expanded to 2 new markets and plan on expanding to 2 more. Oversee payroll, recruiting, policies and procedures and safety. 200 person firm, you would be in charge of human resources. This firm is family owned, so experience in that arena would be very helpful. 100% paid family and individual insurance is a rare thing for these times indeed. Despite the recession, these guys are booming, that’s a welcoming concept indeed. Construction experience is a HUGE plus!
